"When arranging to go away I am always presented with the dilemma of leaving Barney (our lively Chocolate Labrador) at home with my mother, whilst it is a great comfort to have Barney at home with her, she is unable to do the dog walking.  Finding someone we can trust from the safety and security perspective of my elderly mother as well as someone we can rely on to take the best of care of our  much loved pet is a tall order.  Finding Claire’s comfy Canines has resolved all my dilemmas.  From the outset Claire has been completely reliable and trustworthy and clearly loves animals.  Claire knocks spots off all our previous dog walkers, thank you again for taking such good care of Barney I can always tell by the way he greets me when I get home whether or not he has had a happy time, and I can at last go on holiday knowing that Barney is well cared for, properly exercised and content.  My only worry now is that Barney may love Claire more than me!

Chelsea, (our 10 month old Jack Russell) is our first dog and quickly became a member of the family.  Starting up a new business meant we could not walk him during the day so knowing he is out having fun with Claire and the other dogs is such a relief.  We would not trust anyone else with our dog, thank you Claire!

"Our neighbours Jo & Debs introduced us to Claire. What a find, thanks Jo & Debs.
I have always wanted a dog but it was always about the practicality of working all day, we could not manage without Claire.   It is our first dog so we were nervous and wanted to ensure the best of care for our little Boy, Claire has helped guide us through the stages with so much advice which has helped us raise a well behaved and gorgeous Boy.  Hugo absolutely adores her, he goes for walks, day care and boarding with Claire and is so settled and comfortable when he is with her. Claire is a professional with a heart, she provides Hugo with a great mix of socialising, interaction, fun, and time out.  Hugo returns home a very happy chappy.

"When we decided to take on an eight month old, unsocialised Labrador we were concerned about how easy it would be to give him a good quality of life during the day while we are at work/school. Thank goodness we turned to Claire. Bubbles simply loves his walks (and runs) and Claire’s love and understanding of dogs just shines through at all times. She has given us good advice and tips and it has been particularly important for Bubbles to start learning how to behave with other dogs. Claire has also been extraordinarily flexible when we have had particular problems with time management !

"We have recently rehomed a very bouncy 18month old black lab, Billy, and Claire has been with us since we got him 5 months ago.  As we both work full time we knew in order to have a dog we needed a reliable dog walker and we know we have found that in Claire.  She has been great - offering advice and feedback on how Billy is doing (slowly calming down!) and we can go out to work knowing we don't need to worry about him.  Billy loves Claire and has the best time out with her and the other dogs and we know that has really helped him settle into his new home with us. Claire always has the dogs best interests in mind and that is reassuring for us.  Billy has recently stayed with Claire for a week whilst we went on holiday, our first time leaving him, and this was a success and this was a relief to us as being a rescue dog we had concerns over how he would cope with the change.  Thank you Claire for helping us with Billy!

“I have a four year old standard poodle called Harpo. He has been joining Claire on her daily walks for several months now.  To say he adores Claire is an understatement!! To watch him in the morning as he waits for her is something to be seen.  When he sees her approaching the house he throws himself at the front door.  Her clearly enjoys his time with her and the other dogs enormously, arriving home tired but happy and not to mention sometimes rather muddy too!!!  Claire is responsible, adaptable to time change and always willing to help at the last minute if she can.   I think Harpo's devotion towards Claire speaks for itself.”

"The change in our Labrador Jenson's behaviour since he started daily walks with Claire ,has just been amazing.  Up to that point he had driven us to distraction in terms of damage he was causing, behaviour
and interaction with other dogs was a nightmare.
Claire has been really fantastic in the way she has taken on such a big challenge and today he is a different dog, well behaved and completely at ease  with other dogs. The exercise he gets with Claire is fantastic and he obviously loves being with her and can't wait to get into the van.
We have found Claire totally reliable, always turns up on time and gives great feedback on progress.
Best decision we ever made and has enhanced our time with Jenson both at home and out walking.

"I’m a Tibetan Terrier of notable breeding. Claire has been my dog-walker for over 12 months now.
In that time she has proven herself extremely reliable at picking me up every Monday morning, 9:30 sharp,
for my regular walk, and on plenty of other occasions when my owners claim to be too busy.
In that time she has proved to be extremely reliable, cheerful and trustworthy.
The walks are varied and lengthy and provide me such an enjoyable and stimulating time with the other dogs that when I get home I usually sleep for the rest of the day.
My owners are happy because they can tell how much I like Claire by the reaction she gets every time she knocks at the door, when I usually ignore them. It is also apparently a huge weight off their mind whenever they are away and know that I am with Claire. To be honest they can go away as often as they like as Claire looks after me like I’m one of her own!
